Problemas Em Encomenda Gearbest
Boas pessoal, dia 01/06/17 eu encomendei um Smartphone da gearbest.
Utilizei o metodo - "Priority Line" - "Spain Express" ( De forma a evitar a alfandega e ser relativamente rápido a chegar )
Mas para meu espanto a minha encomenda nunca chegou (Ficou perdida a caminho de portugal em Espanha),
Tendo adquirido seguro, fui falar com o apoio ao cliente e prontamente se ofereceram para reenviar um telemóvel novo.
Mas novamente, o telemóvel não há meio de chegar e não há qualquer informação sobre o paradeiro do mesmo.
Que posso fazer ?
