New Screenshots for Iron Sight, a multiplayer FPS, Surface
You’ve probably never heard of this free-to-play multiplayer FPS, Iron Sight, but that’s because it’s being developed by a not very known developer from Korea, Wiple Games (http://wiplegames.com/?page_id=53). That doesn’t mean that they don’t have something great to offer either, just because they’re a small house with big dreams. New screenshots of their premier game, Iron Sight have surfaced (http://news.mmosite.com/content/2015-03-17/upcoming_fps_iron_sight_new_information_and_screen shots_unveiled.shtml) for you to gawk at.

Iron Sight developer Wiple Games have released a slew of new screenshots that showcase their up and coming free-to-play MMO FPS PC game. It does indeed seem to resemble that of any multiplayer FPS you’ve played. But there are differences and they are rather enthusiastic about their entrance into the space. That, and they want to add a cool new way to interact and play with drones. Drones will become a centerpiece of the game, allowing some remote observational and killing fun.
The appearance and use of drones not only provides additional excitement to the gameplay but support each team and individual in various ways throughout the battle depending on many different combat situations. Attacking drones provide direct yet powerful firepower and tactical drones provide strategic information for effective strategic team play. There are a lot more drones being tested and developed apart from the drones available now to for more diverse and excitement gameplay.
They seem to want to deliver a dynamic and intense modern combat FPS experience, though I’m not so sure how they’re going to break new ground with an already saturated market. There are a plethora of free-to-play and pay-to-play multiplayer FPS games that have modern, futuristic and historical atmospheres. This seems like just another entry into that sphere, no matter how technically awesome their proprietary game engine and game mechanics are. It’ll be very unfortunate if this doesn’t get the attention it deserves due to the lack of marketing. We all know that sometimes its the marketing that sells a game, and not just how great a game is.
So check out the screenshots and enjoy the trailer below. Hopefully this will turn out to be something different, no matter if they emphasize drone based combat or not. The screenshots sure do look impressive. And very pretty!
Iron Sight is expected to be released by the end of the year, with a beta test available in Korea sometime soon.
