Vou-vos deixar um dos mais malucos projectos que eu fiz com o maluco do Patuga...
Consegui recuperar isto, e as voltas que eu dei!! :)

Mais uma vez venho mostrar um projecto conjunto com o nosso amigo Lord Paulus Cobris. ora bem... a idea era arrefecer um cpu a temperaturas malucas mto baixas, abaixo do que se consegue com watercooling. como? pois bem...

O sistema de funcionamento é bastante simples... a agua passa nos blocos azuis em série, que são arrefecidos por Peltiers, que são arrefecidos por sua vez pelo grande dissipador preto está no meio, com a ajuda de uma ventoinha de 92mm.

Pois bem... como após algum tempo ele viu que com uma simples fan de 92mm não se safava, decidimos começar com as alterações...

Depois veio a altura de optimizar isto ainda mais... e meter noutra caixa.
a caixa escolhida foi uma V1000 Silver. que foi alterada para levar um radiador em cima...

Depois foi a vez de alterar o sitema de refrigeração. Aí surgiu a idea de trocar o calhau de aluminio por um bloco de agua mais maneirinho em cobre, que teria o seu próprio sistema de refrigeração dedicado para uma maior performance...

Depois alteramos também substituimos o bloco do cpu por outro melhor, nada mais nada menos do que os novos Magicool. Uma verdadeira beleza...

De notar que ambos os discos levaram anti-vibrações da revoltec foi usada a posição invertida no seagate .


A montagem invertida permitiu uma maior facilidade de meter os cabos e também usar 1 unico cooler de hdd para arrefecer os 2 , visto que ambos estão "sanduichados" pelo cooler que puxa o ar de baixo contra o de cima....

Eu tinha na altura 3 projectos a correr ao mesmo tempo...

A PTServers (nome da Trignosfera á alguns anos atrás), o Portal do ITU, o Fórum do ITU e ainda uma rádio online chamada PortoFM.

Portanto dava para as loucuras...

BTW, quanto acham que me custou aquele Intel Extreme que ali está? :)

Regresso ao passado. Este projecto, tendo em conta a tecnologia da altura, está muuuuuuuiiiiitoo à frente:)
