Intel Releasing the PSU Selector Tool, you can know which PSU will work with Haswell

Today we got the first "kind of" official response from Intel regarding the new C6/C7 power saving modes that are enabled in the Haswell processors. Intel is releasing the PSU Selector Tool, which enables consumers to browse through different categories and search the PSU that will fit their requirements, as one of the categories you can browse is the 12V2 minimum load 0A, the requirement for Haswell processors and the new C6/C7 states.

According to the list, only few modules of PSU from Corsair and InWin, as well as only one module of Seasonic will work with the new Haswell CPUs with the C6/C7 power states enabled, but the list is not updated yet, and we expect it to be updated within the coming weeks, and when the Haswell processors will be launched, the consumers will have all the information about the PSU that they will need. we already know that some PSU makers are already working on new series / branding for PSU's, which will come with the Inevitable slogan / logo ? Haswell Ready.
