STORY

The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt – Brand New Screenshot Prepares Us For VGX Trailer

A new trailer for the The Witcher 3 will be unveiled in a couple of hours. However, we can have a sneak peek to it as a brand new screenshot has hit the Internet. Spotted by Guru3D’s member ‘S.T.A.R.A.C.’, this new image looks to be from the in-game trailer that will air in a while. And my God does it look pretty. Yes I know – some of you will curse CD Projekt RED for using a sharpening filter (something that can be achieved with SweetFX mind you) but what can I say? I love sharp images. A comparação com a Valve não é de todo descabida. Achei bastante interessante o que este pessoal da CDProjekt Red, um estúdio que apareceu assim do nada, conseguiu fazer com o primeiro Witcher. Conseguirem oferecer uma experiência de jogo tão completa assim à primeira, é de envergonhar estúdios mais experientes. É verdade que o jogo tinha as suas falhas, algumas até em termos de solidez da história, mas a experiência geral compensava estas falhas. Com o Witcher 2 parecem ter mostrado que aprenderam muito com o desenvolvimento do primeiro. Vamos ver se com este jogo continuam a dar passos em frente.

Comecei agora a jogar no 1.º e de seguida vão os restantes. A minha primeira impressão, é que um cavalo fazia falta no jogo, andar a pé não dá com nada. E parece que neste já o implementaram. De resto, estou a adorar. 5 Estrelas.

Acho que devias ver melhor os vídeos do jogo, pois poucos jogos têm gráficos melhores do que este Witcher 3 e um deles certamente que não é o GW2.

Esta excelente, a parte grafica está top.
Nao tenho duvidas que vai pertencer aos melhores jogo de pc do ano quando for lançado.
É pena nao exitirem mais produtoras como esta...

Nas consolas o jogo vai correr a 30 fps e provavelmente não vai correr a 1080p.

The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt not likely to be 1080P on PS4, Xbox One

Ideally, we’re pushing for 30 frames per second. The resolution, honestly, it depends; we’re working on it, we’re trying to get it as high as possible. If we can make it at 1080P, sure, but I don’t know if it’s going to make it. To be honest, I really don’t know. Probably not. But for sure, we need it to run at a smooth frame rate, so at least 30 FPS.

We’re doing optimization right now and I have to say, it’s actually running quite well. To be honest, we were expecting a lot worse. When we first started playing on PS4 and XB1, we expected the game not to work at all, because it was so heavy, so we were expecting it to crash, but it’s actually running. It’s not quite there yet, but it’s running. So I think that with a little more optimization, I think we’ll get it running really well.
