    O problema é que as vendas totais do jogo são boas e isso deixou algo preocupante no mercado, a prova que o marketing vende muito mais que a qualidade.

    The Witcher 3 Next-Gen & Cyberpunk 2077 source codes are now on torrent sites

    In February, CDPR revealed that it was a victim of a targeted cyberattack. As we reported back then, a hacker group was able to obtain the source codes for The Witcher 3, The Witcher 3 Next-Gen, Cyberpunk 2077 and Gwent. And, from the looks of it, the source codes for The Witcher 3 Next-Gen and Cyberpunk 2077 are already on torrent sites.
    As we’ve already reported, CDPR was trying to take down some tweets that linked to Gwent’s source code. At that time, though, only Gwent’s source code was available on torrent sites. This has changed now as all source codes are available.
    Now while we won’t allow any links to pirated content, we also suggest being extremely cautious. We are certain that a lot of fake torrents will appear online. If you want to download the source codes, you can do so at your own risk.
    Let’s continue with a juicy detail. Here is the readme from the torrent containing the source codes.

    Thankfully, the hackers will not publically leak any employee data. Don’t get me wrong, I’m not saying that leaking the source codes of the aforementioned games is “fine“. However, it’s not as awful as leaking information about CDPR’s employees.
    This huge leak features SDKs for all major consoles, including PS5, Nintendo Switch and Xbox Series X.

    [Steam] Changing language settings to default will now set it to the language of the Steam client.
    A popup message asking to verify integrity of game data will now be displayed when incomplete or corrupted game data is detected.

    Fixed an issue where signing out during a scene fade-out could result in the game being partially unresponsive.
    Fixed an issue where the Pause Menu would open again on its own if the Xbox guide and the Pause Menu were closed in quick succession.

    Cyberpunk 2077 will soon get its biggest update to date, with “more to come”

    It appears that a new marketing campaign video for Cyberpunk 2077 got leaked online. According to this video, Cyberpunk 2077 will soon receive its biggest update to date. Moreover, this video hints at “more things to come.”


    This ad was first seen on Instagram and YouTube. For what it’s worth, CD Projekt RED has not issued any official statement yet about its plans.


    My guess is that the “more things to come” reference is about the free DLC. That, or about the paid expansions that CDPR is currently working on.


    Last month, CD Projekt RED claimed that Cyberpunk 2077’s performance has reached a satisfying level. Thus, my guess is that the team will be now focusing on fixing bugs and adding content to the game. The latest patch for Cyberpunk 2077 came out on June 17th and aimed to address numerous bugs, glitches, and quest issues.


    We are also curious to see whether CDPR will implement any major gameplay improvements or not.

    Afinal de contas, este leak era de uma campanha, que não foi lançada, para a patch 1.2
    Por isso, se estavam á espera que o jogo ficasse bom, de uma vez por todas, esperem sentados.

    CD Projekt RED issued an official statement about this promotional video. As the team noted, this video was for Patch 1.2 (which came out in March 2021).

    Cyberpunk 2077 38 GB Big Update Discovered on the Epic Games Store

    There's a new update in the works that will hopefully fix some bugs and issues with the game. The update size is 38.2GB and it will likely release within 2-3 weeks. This update has also been uploaded to GOG and Steam for QA testing. This update is big but I doubt it will add anything new to the game.
    People that purchased Cyberpunk 2077 from Epic Games will be forced to update their game to the latest version before playing, even in offline mode. This is likely because one of the patches or hotfixes included the required code to enable expansion and DLC functions. Datamining the game files, there's no DLC or expansion management system in the game as of now, so this upcoming update might add that.

    Cyberpunk’s developer can’t guarantee next-gen versions will make it out this year


    Updating shareholders in its latest H1 2021 results call (transcribed by VGC), the company’s SVP of business development Michał Nowakowski pointed to “lessons we have learned” in the past year as one reason the PS5 and Xbox Series X|S versions could yet miss their target.

    Nowakowski appeared to suggest on Wednesday that CD Projekt was taking this into consideration when planning the release schedule for the new-gen game.

    “The target is to release the next-gen version of Cyberpunk 2077 late this year,” he said. “At the same time, keeping in mind the lessons we have learned during the past year and taking into account that this project still remains in development, we can’t say with full certainty that the production schedule will not change.”

    The exec then pointed to The Witcher 3’s own new-gen console port, which is also due out later this year, and said the company couldn’t make guarantees about that either.

    “With The Witcher 3, the situation is slightly different in the way that this is being tackled by the external team mainly, which is Saber Interactive, the company that we have worked with before on Switch and also with updates in the past.

    “As with Cyberpunk 2077, our goal is to release that game still in late 2021. However, similarly, the development process is ongoing, and we cannot be absolutely dead certain that the release schedule will not change.


    “But for the time being, we definitely are aiming with both titles for late 2021 and I don’t want to be more specific at this moment in time.”
