Bethesda downplays Fallout 4 announcement rumors

There has been a lot of speculation surrounding Fallout 4 over the last few weeks, with rumors suggesting that we will see a reveal and announcement at the annual VGX awards this year. However, Bethesda is now downplaying the rumors and claiming that it won’t be showing anything at the awards show.
Fallout 4 was expected to follow in the footsteps of Skyrim, with a reveal at the VGX awards, followed by gameplay footage at E3 with the full game releasing in November next year. Unfortunately, according to Pete Hines, Bethesda won’t be showing anything and will merely be there to support MachineGames, which released Wolfenstein: The New Order, earlier this year.

The latest Wolfenstein game has been nominated for a few awards, including best shooter and best narrative. Previous rumors have suggested that Fallout 4 will take place in Boston and the voice actor for Three Dog will return. However, we have no idea when an official announcement will be made.
The VGX awaeds take place on the 5th of December at 6PM Pacific time, 9PM Eastern and 2AM here in the UK.

Fallout 4 Reveal Could Be Coming at E3

Fallout 4 has been one of the most eagerly anticipated titles in years, with fans longing for an announcement. It’s been almost seven years since the release of Fallout 3, so now would be a perfect time to bring the next installment of the franchise to a new generation of consoles. Industry insider shinobi602 seems highly convinced that Fallout 4 will indeed have a presence at this year’s E3.

Three days ago, shinobi602 stated that it would be a safe assumption, that Fallout 4 will have a presence at E3 later this year. His reply seemed more akin to it being a certainty, rather than a possibility.

His reply for the chances of a Fallout 4 announcement at this year’s E3 was an eleven out of ten. Shinobi602 has not been wrong before, so it would be quite safe to assume that Fallout 4 is indeed coming, and shinobi602 is playing some sort of a promotional role, to build up anticipation.

It’s also possible for Bethesda to reveal Fallout 4, prior to the E3 event, but that would be doubtful. Bethesda are hosting an E3 press event for the first time ever. Bethesda as a publisher has worked with other developers to bring out games such as Wolfenstein: The New Order, The Evil Within and Dishonored. Bethesda Game Studios, the development team of the company, has worked on The Elder Scrolls and Fallout series.
Bethesda hosting its own press event at E3, hints that something big is coming, and they will probably unveil something quite large. A chance of it being a new iteration of the Elder Scrolls series seems rather unlikely, since The Elder Scrolls Online has only been recently released. Even though, it can be argued that The Elder Scrolls VI would be a quite different release from its online counterpart, it seems more probable that the new announcement would be regarding Fallout 4.
I am also looking forward to a Dishonored II reveal, as I enjoyed the first title quite a lot, and I’m anxious to see in what ways Arkane Studios, could advance the franchise and improve on the already excellent gameplay mechanics of the original title. We will bring you any more information regarding Fallout 4, as well as Bethesda as soon as it becomes available.
The E3 event will be held between June 16-18 2015.

Fallout 4 – Announcement at E3 – Will Be Current-Gen Only

Fallout 4, will be revealed at E3 2015, as multiple insiders have indicated. They are quite definite that an announcement is happening at the Electronic Entertainment Expo. Following our previous article regarding another insider claiming that Fallout 4 will make an appearance, more sources came forward to verify. Bethesda have talked about a post apocalyptic New York and Chicago, as being two of the settings they wanted to explore. Even though the specific location of Fallout 4, is not yet known, it is quite clear that it will be a current-gen only title.

“Bethesda is aiming for an impressive scale and atmosphere with Fallout 4,”
“They’re only developing it on current gen and PC.”

As Phil Spencer mentioned:

So it seems that we can rest assured that a reveal, of the highly anticipated title, is actually happening at E3 later this year, with a potential 2016 release to follow. Fans have been asking for a new iteration in the series for a very long time, and it appears that this time we will not be let down. A current-gen only developing environment ensures that the post apocalyptic setting will be realised in the utmost detail. The open world environments will feature an “impressive scale and atmosphere”, and there will likely be several gameplay enhancements, that will make Fallout 4, a true game for a new generation.
Bethesda are holding their first ever E3 press conference this year, which suggest that not only we will have a proper announcement of Fallout 4, but that we will probably have enough information to satiate our thirst, until the actual release of the tile in 2016. Bethesda Could be Revealing Fallout 4 at E3 2015

Bethesda may have given us a hint that Fallout 4 could actually be coming at E3 2015. The official E3 Bethesda press conference page, displays the gaming genres that the company will be showcasing. It shows that Bethesda will be showing a role-playing game for the PC, PlayStation and Xbox platforms.

E3 2015 will be Bethesda’s first time hosting a press conference, something which alone indicates that the company has something big to announce.

Even though Fallout 4 seems like the perfect candidate, it might still be something different. A new Elder Scrolls seems rather unlikely but I would absolutely love it if it was. Bethesda will certainly be demonstrating Dishonored II, which many fans are looking forward to, as well as a few other titles, but the title in question is an RPG, and even though Dishonored has RPG elements is not a full-blown RPG title. So Fallout 4 is indeed the safest bet.

Bethesda announced that they will be attending E3 live this year and that they will have a full show for gamers to enjoy.

Fallout 4 Will Get 20-30 minutes of Gameplay Footage at Bethesda’s E3 Press Conference According to Industry Insider

An industry insider has revealed that Bethesda Softworks has indicated to PC games, that the hugely anticipated apocalyptic RPG Fallout 4 which is hinted be presented at E3 2015 will be getting a 20 to 30 minute gameplay trailer.

Fallout 4 is said to be revealed at the end of Bethesda’s Press Conference, and if rumors are correct the game will not be making another appearance after that for the remainder of 2015.

The insider that shared this information remains unnamed, but indications point to Shinobi602, so this could very well be legit. We have previously brought you news regarding Bethesda’s E3 lineup which revealed an unnamed RPG, which most likely refers to Fallout 4.
E3 2015 is just over a month away taking place between June 16-18 at the Los Angeles Convention Center.
A few days ago we provided a list of the confirmed and rumored games to make an appearance at the show as well as the known dates and times of the press conferences.

Capcom and Bandai Namco will also be having a few surprises at the event, and Microsoft will be revealing at least one new game from Rare, which could be possible a new banjo Kazooie title or even a new Battletoads game. Phil Spencer recently shared some information about E3 and Gamescom, and talked about a few other things as well.
Watch Dogs 2 and Mafia 3 are also rumored to be making an appearance at E3 2015 as well, as is the as of yet unseen Assassin’s Creed Victory, which will take the series to Victorian London.

Square Enix will have big hitters like Deus Ex: Mankind Divided, which was introduced with a magnificent cinematic trailer, but little information has been revealed so far and no gameplay footage. Similarly Kingdom Hearts 3 had next to nothing shown so far, and especially after the switch to the Unreal Engine 4, fans have been eager to see the game in action. Final Fantasy XV will surely make an appearance, as well as the hugely anticipated Just Cause 3, which will get its first gameplay trailer quite soon.

Rise of the Tomb Raider is another huge title coming from Square Enix, but it is certain that Microsoft will have the title showcased in their own press conference, as it is one of their biggest exclusives of the year. It is quite possible that Square Enix will have a few surprise announcements as well, so we are certainly in for a treat, as E3 2015 is shaping up to be one very incredibly exciting event with many announcements coming from both Sony and Microsoft. Nintendo is returning to host a press conference after being absent for some time.

Bethesda has some of the best franchises at their disposal, with Fallout being one of them. Now they’ve gone and set up a landing page with a counter using the famous test pattern that nearly defines the Fallout series. Fallout 4 is on the way, and tomorrow we might just get some very interesting details

Fallout 4, or another entry into the Fallout franchise is on the way, with more info of some kind confirmed for tomorrow.

Earlier today Bethesda posted a link on their official Twitter with a shortened link and a picture of the 1940’s test pattern that they use in their Fallout series. The link of course ends up on a splash page on the official Fallout site, featuring a countdown timer due to expire tomorrow at 10AM EST. Presumably something is getting revealed tomorrow, what exactly it could be is obviously unknown, however. But Fallout 4? Yes please.

The guess is that this is going to end up being a small teaser for what they intend to bring to E3. But it could be the official announcement of Fallout 4 ahead of the big event. Anything is possible at this point because we don’t really know much. We do know that Bethesda is very fond of the Fallout series, and always intended to continue the story in some way. Leaks do suggest, however, that it might be set in Boston. Other than that, the entire Internet has been mum on any further details.
Stay tuned, or please stand by, for any further information. Hopefully this is precisely the Fallout 4 we’re looking for. The setting is ripe for all kinds of fantastic stories, so the specifics have the potential to be exciting no matter what they are. Here’s hoping that Fallout 4 is a PC timed exclusive as well.

Fallout 4 Could be a Cross-Gen Title

Bethesda is teasing a Fallout related announcement coming tomorrow, and it seems like it could be a cross generation title. The CSS code, which can be viewed here, reveals that all five platforms including PS3, Xbox 360, Xbox One, PS4 and PC are mentioned.

Even though this might be a mistake, the E3 listing also states that Bethesda will be showing off an RPG on cross gen platforms, so this may turn out to be true.
The next entry in the series will be titled Fallout 4, as mentioned in the source code of the teaser site, which can be viewed below:

Previous rumors suggested that a 20-30 minute gameplay demo was to be unveiled at the end of the conference, but the cinematic trailer preparation might suggest that the gameplay footage might be shown behind closed doors, which will be certainly disappointing for Fallout fans, eagerly waiting to get a glimpse of the next iteration of the apocalyptic RPG.

Bethesda is also rumored to be revealing a teaser for Dishonored 2, with a possible announcement for the Dishonored Definitive Edition for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC. Bethesda will likely present the first global reveal of id Software’s Doom.

It appears that Bethesda has hired Guillermo del Toro’s production company to create a cinematic trailer for its unannounced RPG Fallout 4, according to the LinkedIn profile of a 3D artist contracted to work on it.

The artist’s CV (pictured above) states that he was hired by California-based Mirada Studios between December 2014-March 2015 to create a “Fallout 4 cinematic trailer”, although no further details are provided. His previous work includes contributions to last year’s Far Cry 4 trailer, The Elder Scrolls and Forza Motorsport.

Fallout 4 – Actor Ron Perlman Teases: “I wish I could give you news on that, but I can’t and I won’t”

Actor Ron Perlman known for his role as Hellboy, and his TV roles in Sons of Anarchy, and Batman: The Animated Series, is no stranger to video game voice acting, especially when it comes to Bethesda’s Fallout series.

Perlman has been in five previous installments in the series so he must indeed know something. During the weekend at Phoenix Comicon, the actor made an interesting comment.

Gostei do trailer. Faz uma sinopse de o que é a saga Fallout, consegue ser emotiva e aprece que mostra gráficos reais do jogo, nada de bullshots e CGI de treta.
