    Samsung Tablet With Windows 10

An All New 12 Inch Samsung Tablet With Windows 10 Surfaces Today

When it comes to Samsung, one thing’s for sure. There are very little device categories and sizes that Samsung hasn’t provided offerings for so far and we’ve seen its devices hit the shelves covering almost every category of performance and dimensions. But while the Galaxy Tab might be large, it surely doesn’t appear to be large enough, especially if we take into consideration some of Samsung’s other device plans that have been surfacing these days. The Korean tech giant might also have a fabled competitor for the fabled Apple iPad Pro we’ve learned today.

Samsung’s 12 Inch Tablet Now Said To Feature 14nm Intel Core M

Even though tablets have started to loose popularity among users, that doesn’t stop more and more news popping up about manufacturers looking to increase screen sizes even more on potential upcoming offerings. The most popular of these is Apple’s much talked about iPad Pro, which has been in the news for nearly a year now. But today’s post is about what appears to be Samsung’s reply to Apple’s much hyped about tablet, as we’ve learned that the Korean manufacturer might also have such a device under the works.

According to word straight out of Beijing, Samsung’s got a 12 inch tablet under the works. This device won’t be using any of the company current Exynos series of processors, but will be heading more towards the Ultrabook category, with Intel’s 14nm Core M ticking under the hood. The display will be Super AMOLED and will have a resolution of either 2560 x 1600 or 3840 x 2400. It’ll be weighing in at 600 grams, and will also be coming with the company’s S Pen on board.
On the software end, don’t expect Android to make another appearance on this device, as Samsung’s being said to consider Windows 10 for its high powered slate. All of this will be powered by 4 GB of RAM and looks like Samsung’s decided to enter the tablet/PC hybrid segment as well.
We’d advise you to wait before you take anything to be final but a hybrid or even a larger screened, well spec’d device from Samsung would be very interesting indeed. Will it be sporting a Touch interface only or will Samsung choose to go the Microsoft way? We’ve got a lot of questions so lets see how this pans out. Would you go for such a device? Stay tuned and let us know what you think in the comments section below.

Samsung reportedly working on a 12-inch Windows 10-powered slate

Microsoft has been enjoying the huge success behind its Surface line of products, with the Windows 10-powered Surface Pro really battling it out with Apple and the iPad.

There hasn't been much competition against it, and while there are devices out there like it - there's nothing quite like the Surface Pro 4 right now. But according to the latest rumors, Samsung is working on a new 12-inch Windows 10-powered tablet that could compete against Microsoft's popular slate.

We are hearing about the 12-inch slate from Samsung thanks to it receiving Wi-Fi Certification, but all we know is that it will feature Wi-Fi connectivity, has Windows 10 installed, and goes by the product name of SM-W700. We might see it teased at CES next week in Las Vegas, too.

Samsung Galaxy TabPro S Windows 10 Tablet Leaks Ahead Of Global Debut

Usually when there's talk of Samsung releasing a Galaxy device, the mind wanders to Android, Samsung's go-to platform in the mobile space. Not this time. Samsung is prepping a Windows 10 tablet called the Galaxy TabPro S, and while nothing is yet official, the first press renders of the forthcoming device have been leaked to the web.

They come courtesy of Evan Blass, otherwise known as @evleaks on Twitter, and let's just say he has a solid history of leaking legitimate photos and accurate specs to the public before they become official. In this instance, it's just a set of pictures, which show the Galaxy TabPro S in both black and white.

The press renders show the tablet with and without a keyboard dock, which bring inevitable comparisons to Microsoft Surface Pro line. It's unavoidable, especially when you factor in previously rumored specs.

Based on previous rumors, the Galaxy TabPro S will wield a 12-inch Super AMOLED display with either a 2560x1600 or 3840x2400 resolution powered by a 13nm Intel Core M processor and 4GB of RAM.

S Pen support is expected to be part of the package, and you can make out front and rear cameras in the press renders. As for the megapixel count and other specifics, we'll have to wait until Samsung formally introduces the device.

Samsung Unveils Its Galaxy TabPro S – A Windows 10 2-in-1 Tablet With Impressive Hardware

Despite the fact that the name Galaxy TabPro S sounds quite unusual, Samsung has announced a competitor to Microsoft’s Surface Pro 4, at least for the base model of the latter. Let us check out the hardware specifications of the newly announced slate.

Galaxy TabPro S Features An Intel Processor And A Large 12 Inch Super AMOLED Display

Let us dive into the hardware; Galaxy TabPro S features a large 12 inch Super AMOLED display, which is a form of display that we have come to accept and appreciate in the company’s high-end mobile products. Instead of incorporating its own hardware, with the latest SoC being Exynos 8890, Samsung teamed up with Intel and incorporated a Skylake Core M processor with a clock speed of 2.2GHz. We are not so sure about the aforementioned speed, but we are guessing that this is the maximum speed that can be achieved from the chip courtesy of Intel’s Turbo Boost technology.

Hands-on Samsung Galaxy TabPro S, Super-Thin Windows 10 Hybrid Tablet With Super AMOLED Display

Samsung’s new 2-in-1 tablet made an appearance at CES 2016 this week. The 6.3mm-thin Galaxy TabPro S runs Windows 10 and has an estimated battery life of 10.5 hours. The Hot Hardware team had a chance to check out the tablet in Las Vegas.

Featuring a dual-core, Intel Core M processor at 2.2GHz, the Galaxy TabPro S looks like it will have the chops for business use. Memory will be 4GB no matter which model you pick up, but you’ll have two storage options: a 128GB SSD or a 256GB SSD.

“We’re thrilled to be working with Microsoft Corp. to deliver a 2-in-1 tablet that truly allows people to enjoy productivity and connections that matter most, through a seamless mobile station designed for all purposes,” said Samsung Electronics president and head of mobile communications business Dongjin Ko.

The Galaxy TabPro S has the same display, regardless of the model, but that’s not likely to be a problem, as it has a gorgeous, 12-inch Super AMOLED display with a 2160 x 1440 resolution. The tablet also includes a detachable keyboard cover that acts as a stand when you need a laptop more than a tablet.

You’ll have a couple choices when it comes to connectivity. You can opt for the Wi-Fi-only model or the version with LTE connectivity. Wi-Fi features include 802.11ac and Wi-Fi Direct. The tablet also includes Bluetooth 4.1.

As we mentioned earlier, the Galaxy TabPro S looks like it could be a good fit for business use, though it will obviously also appeal to customers planning to use it as an entertainment device. To that end, Samsung is offering models with Windows 10 Home or Pro.

CES 2016 - We had our man on the ground at CES 2016, with Johannes Knapp and his beautiful accent covering some content from various companies, like Samsung.

Johannes scoped the new Samsung Galaxy TabPro S, which is a very cool Windows 10 tablet. It features a 12-inch Super AMOLED FHD+ panel with a resolution of 2160x1440, but inside it packs Intel's sixth-generation Core M processor clocked at 2.2GHz.

We also have 4GB of RAM, a 128GB SSD, a 5200mAh battery (that Samsung says is good for 10 hours of video playback), and 5-megapixel camera on the back, and front.
