This Aliens: Colonial Marines Mod Improves AI and Graphics

When developers manage to release somewhat disappointing games such as Aliens: Colonial Marines, it falls to the modding community to fix certain annoying flaws. We’re not talking strictly about graphics-related issues here, even though they could certainly use some attention, but also about the AI and gun play. A mod released by “TemplarGFX” aims to fix all of the aforementioned issues at least partially, which is why you should probably consider installing it if you want to enjoy a better experience while playing this game. The mod is named ACM Overhaul, and it also includes a series of bug fixes as well as improvements for certain materials and lighting.
To be more specific, the mod addresses issues with weapon mechanics, human AI, Xeno AI, animations, ballistics, shaders, decals, particles and lighting. As you can see, the mod required quite a bit of hard work in order to be complete, but the results are definitely noticeable. Regarding the graphics improvements, TemplarGFX explained that he made three major changes to the engine, as he tinkered with the materials, shaders and particles. Quem quiser experimentar a ver se melhora, dado que o jogo sofre de problemas, alguns bem graves e tornam o jogo um pouco desapontante.
Cheguei a jogar isto... mas os erros do jogo, desanimam logo.

Vou experimentar. O jogo tinha uma premissa engraçada, mas além de AI defeituosa e bugs, os gráficos eram péssimos.
