    Boa tarde,

    - Gears Of War Ultimate Edition (it's coming)
    - Fable Legends (it's coming)
    - Minecraft (it's coming)
    - Candy Crush (já existe)
    - Fruit Ninja (já existe)
    - Ori And The Blind Forest (it's coming)

    Cumprimentos.

As Windows 10 Nears, Microsoft Outlines Changes To Windows Store

Among the vast number of improvements coming with Windows 10 is an overhauling of the Windows Store. Versus other app stores, many would argue that Microsoft's hasn't been that exciting. It's also had a bad problem of stocking too many redundant and knock-off apps, as well as open source / free software sold by third-parties. Simply put, the Windows Store has been in need of a makeover.
With Windows 10, Microsoft has added or refined a few Windows Store features, including adding lists and improving search algorithms, adding a new Web store, and updating ratings and user reviews.
In Windows 8, the Windows Store search algorithm was more of a Web search, which resulted in sometimes inaccurate results. Now, the search will be optimized for the actual content on the store, which can include movies and music in addition to apps and games. The current design will list apps first, then games, then music, and then movies. Microsoft seems unclear on whether this will remain the design, but as it's considering Windows Store to be an evolutionary thing, it'll pay attention to consumer feedback and adjust things accordingly.
With user reviews, those that are voted up as most "helpful" will balloon to the top of the list, and in addition, a new spam filter has been deployed that will delete spammy comments before they're ever seen.
It's also worth pointing out that all reviews submitted during the Windows 10 preview (up until July 15) were deleted, so as to give a more accurate impression of an app now that it'd be in release quality.
While most changes Microsoft is making to its store is catered to developers, we can hope it all results in a store that's much more exciting and worthwhile to use.

Get Minecraft: Windows 10 Edition Beta For Free!

Windows 10 – Microsoft’s shiny new operating system – launches tomorrow. As announced at MINECON 2015 a few weeks ago it features a brand-new Edition of Minecraft. We’re calling it Minecraft: Windows 10 Edition Beta. If you’re one of the 20 million(ish) players who already own Minecraft for PC/Mac, you get the new version for free. Completely free!

To download your copy, first log into your Mojang account (My password is significantly more complex than those dots so don’t bother trying, criminal person). Next, click the "Redeem" button on your account page, sign into your Microsoft account, and follow the instructions that follow. That’s it! You’ll be playing Minecraft: Windows 10 Edition Beta in a jiffy.

Microsoft has turned Solitaire in to a freemium game

Windows 10 is out now, bringing with it many welcomed features, unfortunately, not everything has been changed for the better. Solitaire has been a classic time waster, which has come bundled with Windows since the early days of the operating system. Typically it has been basic and free but now, it comes with adverts and a premium subscription.
Microsoft is monetizing Solitaire in a similar fashion to many mobile games, with adverts appearing on the app in Windows 10. You can make the ads go away but it will cost you, the subscription costs $1.50 a month or $10 per year. The subscription version of the game also offers extra in-game currency for beating daily challenges.

The in-game coins earned can’t be used to pay off your subscription though, they are purely for unlocks. This isn’t a totally unexpected move though, in the Windows 8.1 store Microsoft does sell the Solitaire Premium Edition with similar features and monetization methods, though this was a separate app entirely, rather than the primary option.
The ads that come in to play aren’t all that small either, they take over the full Solitaire window and can run for as long as 30 seconds. Right not is isn’t known exactly how long they are designed to pop up though.

    Boa tarde,

    Cumprimentos.

Tablet-focused Office Mobile apps for Windows 10 now available

With Windows 10 beginning to roll-out to consumers, Microsoft has released in tandem its tablet-focused productivity suite available from the Windows Store.
The Office Mobile apps, consisting of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and OneNote and available as universal apps, present Windows 10 users with a slew of features they're accustomed to see on the traditional desktop version of the software -- but only with an Office 365 subscription. To create and edit documents in this edition of Office, you can expect to pay upwards of $7 a month. Otherwise, the apps are restricted to viewing-only.
While this edition of Office is optimized for tablet displays 8-inches or greater, Office 2016 for desktops is slated for release later this fall. Additionally, Office Mobile is expected to be updated later in the fall with improved support for phones and Windows 10 Mobile. Microsoft considers Office Mobile for tablets "Great for reading, reviewing, and editing" while Office Mobile for phones is better for "viewing, triage and quick editing".
To have been developed with mobile devices in mind, these apps certainly aren't the most storage-conscious. Word, Excel, and PowerPoint are said to occupy about 100MB each. OneNote, on the other hand, is built into the new operating system and takes up 92MB of space.
As corporate VP Kirk Koenigbauer explains, all four of these Office Mobile apps "are built from the ground up for touch." Complete with "full fidelity viewing" of Office documents, Office Mobile integrates with Microsoft's OneDrive cloud storage service in order to save and open files across a wide range of devices. Along with a host of new intelligence features, Microsoft believes these new apps will, in turn, increase productivity on the go.

    Boa noite,

Halo Wars 2 coming to Xbox One and Windows 10

With Gamescom 2015 in full swing, Microsoft took the stage in Barcelona and spent a couple of hours showing the world new games and features coming to the Xbox One. Amongst all the news came the news that another Xbox One exclusive title is in the works: Halo Wars 2.
The successor to the original RTS launched back in 2009 was revealed on stage today by 343 Industries head Bonnie Ross. Ensemble Studios, the creators of Age of Empires and developers of the first Halo Wars, closed its doors back in 2009, leaving the opportunity for the U.K.-based Creative Assembly to take the reins of the RTS game. 343 will have involvement but may be deferring much of the process since Halo 5 is nearing launch.

Whether or not the game will feature cross-platform play wasn't specified. Halo Wars 2 will launch in the fall of 2016 for the Xbox One and on Windows 10.

    Cumprimentos.

With Media Center DOA In Windows 10, Microsoft Adds $15 10 DVD App To Windows Store

When Microsoft first laid out all of the changes that were coming to Windows 10, one that didn't seem too surprising was the removal of Windows Media Center and a DVD player. After all, it seems nowadays, very few rely entirely on their PC for DVD playback purposes, so the player's inclusion did little more than add to the price for most people. However, for those who do rely on the Windows DVD player, its removal has no doubt been frustrating. There is some good news, though, as long as you're willing to shell out $15 for a standard fare (or even lackluster) version. That's right - the Windows DVD Player is now officially available in the Windows Store.
I admit, $15 is a bit much for such a simple app, especially when there are a countless number of alternatives out there, such as VLC. While VLC skirts the requirement to pay for proper licensing, $15 is simply going to be a hard sell for most. What would make that fee a bit more suitable would be Blu-ray support, but nope - it's not here.
The upside to all of this is that the option is there for those who want it. For the rest of us who think $15 is ridiculous, VLC is just a download away.

Though Microsoft has not yet publicly revealed the source of the problem, the software giant has now promised a fix. Assuming that timeframe holds, affected users should expect a fix sometime Tuesday or by end of day Wednesday.

Microsoft Fixes Windows 10 Store Glitch

Microsoft has fixed that Windows 10 store glitch. Everything is fine and all is right with the world again. Well, until something else breaks or a new bug is found.

Microsoft has fixed a problem with the Windows 10 Store that had prevented a number of users from being able to update existing Windows Store apps and/or download new ones. A week after users -- including me -- began reporting problems with the Windows 10 Store, Microsoft seems to have fixed the issue.

Fitbit launches universal app for Windows 10

A mere two weeks following the launch of Windows 10, Fitbit has commenced its own exercise-centric celebration with the release of Fitbit for Windows. The app brings health and fitness personalization to a vast assortment of Windows 10 devices, promising to change the way Fitbit users "interact with key pieces of their health and fitness journey," according to the press release.
Fitbit for Windows' live tiles introduce users to their fitness data faster, with more comprehensive information, and features new types of notifications to quickly inform users of their most crucial health and fitness data.
Additionally, "quick actions" have been implemented to encourage more frequent activity logging on behalf of its users. Logging activities such as food/water intake and exercise as well as alarm configurations can be initiated at the click of a button, replacing the more convoluted methods offered previously.
Tapping into one of Windows 10's flagship features, the new Fitbit app adds compatibility with Cortana, enabling users to deliver voice commands on tablets, PCs, and upcoming smartphones sporting Windows 10. These include phrases like "Fitbit, I ate chicken for dinner", "Fitbit, I went for a three-mile run", or "Oh God, Fitbit, I'm so sorry, I ate an entire box of Oreos."
Moreover, the new notification center brings all of your important messages and notifications to a single, dedicated tab. And thanks to Bluetooth integration (where supported), the app can stay in sync with your Fitbit for more immediate access to health and fitness stats.
With an interface designed for Windows' Universal app initiative, along with support for continuum, the Fitbit app's visual experience isn't just made for your PC -- it scales to whichever device you're using. That will include Windows 10 Mobile and Xbox One later this year.
The Fitbit app for Windows 10 bolsters compatibility for the Fitbit Surge, Charge, Charge HR, Flex, One, and Zip activity trackers while the Aria Wi-Fi Smart Scale is also congruent. It can be downloaded from the Windows Store here.

How to Fix Windows 10 Store Issues – Windows 10 Tips and Tricks

Microsoft fixed the Store issues in updates rolled out to Windows 10. Even after this update, some users are reporting issues with the Store including apps stuck in the “pending” state. In this particular case, apps listed for the updates in the Windows Store never get updated and their download status is stuck at the “pending” state. Here are a few tricks to fix the Windows 10 Store issues.
Recommended: How to Activate God Mode and Access to 260+ Settings in Windows 10

How to resolve Windows 10 Store problems:

As a first and more obvious fix to any kind of troubles, close and reopen Store. Alternatively, try to restart your computer. However, when these basic methods fail to fix the Windows 10 Store problems, try out some of the fixes shared below.

    Restart Store cache:

    • Go to Start > type wsreset > select wsreset.
    • When the Store opens, check if app downloads have started.

    Log off your Windows account:

    • Open Store app.
    • Click on the account in upper-right corner.
    • Click on your account name > click Sign out.
    • Click on the same icon again and Sign in.
    • Choose your account name and see if this fixes the issues.

    Troubleshoot Windows Update:

    • Click Start > and type troubleshooting.
    • Click on Troubleshooting option.
    • Under System and Security > click on Fix problems with Windows Update.
    • Follow the onscreen prompts and test the Store app.
    • When done, check if you have downloads working for you.

    Reset Windows Update:

You can also try to reset Windows Update. However, this is not a recommended process and should be done at your own risk

    • Click Start > type services > select Services app.
    • Go to the Windows Update service > right-click on it > click onStop.
    • Open File Explorer and go to the C:\Windows directory.
    • Right-click on the SoftwareDistribution folder > rename it to SoftwareDistribution.O or any other name.
    • Go back to the Services app > restart Windows Update service.
    • Now, test your Windows Store if it’s working all fine.

Let us know which particular fix worked for you.
