Eu esperava pelo menos mais diferença.
Aquele 3900X teve uma diferença de 11Mhz....
Mas pelo menos o 3600 teve uma diferença um pouco maior do que 100Mhz.

Infelizmente não é surpresa... assim que comecei a ver os primeiros reports, logo vi que era mais do mesmo para render mais uns trocos...

Avancei logo para o 3900x normal e pronto...

É estar atento aos preços, que ainda ontem teve a um grande preço na PCComponentes. Na Amazon Alemã, também costuma estar em promoção de X em X tempos...

AMD's share price jumps above Intel's for first time since 2006

In its second-quarter earnings report yesterday, Intel revealed that revenue is up 20 percent, but Covid-19 complications mean 7nm-based CPU production is backed up and 12 months behind schedule, meaning a delay of at least six months.
AMD, of course, has been on 7nm since the release of its Zen 2 architecture in July last year. With news that Intel will take even longer to catch up with its processor rival, the company’s shares sank in after-hours trading, while AMD’s soared. Lisa Su’s firm already saw its share price briefly surpass Intel’s hours before the earnings report—something that hasn’t happened since 2006. Currently, Intel stands at $54, while AMD is at $64.32.

AMD is still far behind Intel when it comes to market cap, calculated by multiplying the share price by the total number of outstanding shares. The former is at just under $70 billion, while the latter is $255 billion. Nvidia, which for a short time was valued higher than Intel, is at $249 billion.
While the pandemic has brought economic doom and gloom for many, big tech firms have benefitted thanks to demand from datacenters, gamers, and online shoppers. With AMD confirming the arrival of consumer Zen 3 this year, and Nvidia’s RTX 3000-series on the way (and it's possible acquisition of Arm), expect the companies’ stock to rise even higher.

No entanto em termos de dimensão real, a AMD ainda é menos de metade da INTEL. A Nvidia é maior e sim essa pode competir em dimensão com a INTEL.

Se comprar a ARM poderá muito bem usar a mesma, para desenvolver caso queira um ecosistema próprio (GPU+CPU+Chipset) NForce ARM por exemplo e um CPU baseado em ARM com diversos cores Cortex a várias velocidades para multi-tarefas e optimizado para o GPU da Nvidia.

Poderia numa primeira fase até ser um APU e depois evoluir para algo mais...

Free extra AMD Ryzen ZEN2 Performance: ClockTuner for Ryzen (CTR by 1USMUS)

1USMUS, who you know from DRAM Calculator for Ryzen and our articles here on Guru3D, has been working hard on a new and awesome project. CTR is short for ClockTuner for Ryzen, a tool that can increase the performance of ZEN2 processors without increasing power consumption. First off before you start requesting 'where can I download this' in the forums or through our email, today is the announcement of this utility. It is not yet available, the timeframe for the release to be able to download and test is somewhere in September.
The program will be fully automated and has no restrictions. CTR (ClockTuner for Ryzen) Excessive voltage and PPT, low instability boost have been a concern for 1usmus for a very long time and he decided to help the users, because any Zen 2 processor can achieve even more than you think. ClockTuner for Ryzen software will allow you to increase the energy efficiency of processors based on the Zen2 architecture. The basic idea of this software is an undervolt for each CCX individually. This makes the processor faster and colder. At the same time, all energy-saving technologies remain active. Until CTR came along, this was impossible. Another key feature of this software is smart overclocking.




This is not the automation we are used to seeing when + 50% of TBP give +2% performance. Basic operation principle of this software are to evaluate the quality of each CCX (the core cluster holding four cores each) and to adjust the frequencies individually. Prime95 with a special preset (developed by 1usmus) evaluates the stability of each CCX. A step-by-step algorithm to change the frequency allows for balanced operation for all CCXs without shifting the load on the CPU nodes (modules). As a result, you get an individually customized system that is ready for any test. CTR also contains a plug-in test package Cinebench 20, which allows you to evaluate your tuning results.
The program is free and can work with any brand motherboard. Even if your motherboard does not support CCX configuration for CTR,it is not a problem. Low-level SMU access is able to bypass any motherboard or processor manufacturer limitations. The software is equipped with a large number of security systems that will handle any misunderstanding. Also, CTR does not contain unsafe code that may be perceived by some antivirus programs as a virus.
The latter pictures show the results that were obtained with CTR. For example, the 3900X was able to increase its performance by almost 7% while reducing power consumption by 9.5%. Vou ficar muito feliz se a AMD finalmente conseguir dar uma paulada na Nvidia, não porque eu ache que a Nvidia "mereça" apanhar, mas porque concorrência é boa para o consumidor. De qualquer modo, mesmo que isso aconteça, só vou ponderar ter um GPU AMD quando trocar de monitor, o G-Sync funciona muito bem e não pretendo abdicar disso, nem vou trocar de monitor só para ir para um "livre".
