OS X 10.11 El Capitan Public Beta 5 Released

Apple has just released OS X 10.11 El Capitan Public Beta 5 to testers, and is immediately available to download. The update is available to those enrolled in the Apple Beta Software Program.

The update arrives just two weeks after Public Beta 4 was released, and comes packed with bug fixes and performance enhancements. Those enrolled in Apple’s Beta Software Program can grab the update right away from the Mac App Store under the Updates tab.
It’s highly likely that today’s release comes loaded with the same patches and changes which Apple implemented in the sixth developer beta of OS X El Capitan, so users shouldn’t be too surprised to see little to no changes at all in this Public Beta build.
OS X 10.11 El Capitan final build is set for release later this year, and will likely arrive with iOS 9 and Cupertino’s brand new handsets in the form of the iPhone 6s and the iPhone 6s Plus. Furthermore, if a recent leak is to be believed, then it’s highly possible that Apple will also release a 4K 21.5-inch iMac to compliment the El Capitan OS.

OS X 10.11 is more like a power user update from the Cupertino giant, and comes loaded with features that are bound to enhance the overall experience of the user. It builds on top of the solid foundation of OS X Yosemite, but refines it even further with great features such as full-screen multitasking, an improved Safari browser with pinned tabs and more.
Apple has implemented new technologies in OS X El Capitan that will further enhance how developers create apps for the platform, by giving them raw access to the underlying Mac hardware. We’re of course, talking about Metal here, a technology that made its debut on iOS, giving games direct access to the underlying iPhone or iPad hardware, which in returns boosts the overall performance, but that very same feature is now available for apps as well, and that too on a desktop level.
Speaking of iOS 9, Apple’s next-gen mobile operating system is also currently in beta and is expected to be rolled out this fall, as we mentioned before.
The Public Beta of OS X 10.11 El Capitan is available to everyone to download and test out, and if you haven’t taken Apple’s next-gen desktop OS for a spin, then be sure to check out: Install OS X 10.11 El Capitan Public Beta – How To.
We highly recommend those running OS X El Capitan Public Beta 4 to update right away.

Parallels Desktop 11 With Windows 10 Support, El Capitan, Always-On Cortana Released

Parallels Desktop 11 is now available to download with full support for Windows 10 and OS X El Capitan. But that’s not all, it also supports always-on Cortana right on your Mac.

Parallels Desktop is a great way to run Windows coherently on a Mac. And while the software has been around for a long time, today’s release marks a big improvement in how users will see Parallels Desktop. For instance, the new software is 50% faster than before. Taking things further, boot-up and shut down routines have also been given a 50% boost, and file operations are now 20% faster as well.
The most killer feature in Parallels Desktop 11 is always-on Cortana, which means that you can utilize Microsoft’s voice assistant as long as Windows 10 is running in the background. The best part is: the ‘Hey Cortana’ hotword works system-wide.
Overall, Parallels Desktop 11 is a marked improvement over the previous releases, and we highly recommend that users give it a shot before opting for something else, since the software comes with a free trial.
Parallels Desktop 11 also supports OS X 10.11 El Capitan, the next-gen desktop OS from Cupertino, so you can rest assured that when the software drops this fall, Parallels Desktop 11 will have full support for it.
The full list of features are as follows. Please click to zoom in for better readability.

If you’re a user of Parallels Desktop already, then upgrading to the new version will cost you $49.99, and if you’re starting from scratch, then Parallels Desktop 11 comes attached with a $79.99 price tag. Lastly, Parallels is also offering a full-featured 14-day trial that you can avail right now.
The Pro Edition comes attached with even more features, and can be had for $99.99/year. And if you’re a business user, then Parallels has you covered in that regard as well, and will cost you $99.99/year.
If you’re not acquainted with Parallels Desktop just yet, then be sure to check out the videos embedded below.

All set for Parallels Desktop 11? Then head over to this link for more details, and of course download links for the free trial itself.
If you do happen to upgrade or try out Parallels Desktop 11 on your Mac, then be sure to let us know in the comments section what you think about the new software, and of course, always-on Cortana.

OS X 10.11 El Capitan Beta 7 For Developers Now Available

OS X 10.11 El Capitan Beta 7 for developers is now available to download. The new developer beta build arrives exactly two weeks after the sixth beta was seeded.

Yesterday, Apple made OS X El Capitan Public Beta 5 available to those enrolled in the company’s Beta Software Program, but for reasons unknown, the Cupertino giant opted to pull the update altogether. But today, apart from the developer oriented beta, Apple has seeded the fifth Public Beta to end users as well, again.
Grabbing both the updates is fairly simple. Launch the Mac App Store, click on the ‘Updates’ tab up top. Wait for the page to load up and after a few seconds the update will be presented to you for download. Simply click on the ‘Update’ button on the right to initiate the download. And like any other major software release, users will be required to restart their Mac to complete the installation process.
We highly recommend that users go ahead and update their machines right away as new pre-release builds tend to bring with them a lot of bug fixes and performance enhancements.

Since this is a new beta from Apple, there’s a high chance that the company might have slipped in a few surprises for us to find. But on the face of things, it seems as though that the changes all lie under the hood. But still, we will definitely keep a lookout for changes and update this post as soon as we find something noteworthy.
The final build of OS X 10.11 El Capitan will be rolled out later this year, or more precisely, this fall. The update will be absolutely free for all Mac users, and as always, it will be available as an over-the-air update right from the Mac App Store.
When the El Capitan update goes live later this year, we will definitely do in-depth guides on how to install the OS properly on a clean and separate partition, and on a separate partition as well. Till then, keep yourself up to date and don’t miss a beta release from Apple so that things keep on ticking along as smoothly as possible.
The Public Beta of OS X 10.11 El Capitan is available to everyone to download and test out, and if you haven’t taken Apple’s next-gen desktop OS for a spin, then be sure to check out: Install OS X 10.11 El Capitan Public Beta – How To.

OS X 10.11 El Capitan Recovery Update Now Available

Apple has just released a Recovery Update for OS X 10.11 El Capitan beta users. It’s a minor update and is available to download immediately.

The Recovery Update is essential to those who are running the beta version of OS X 10.11 El Capitan right now. The OS X Recovery is an essential part of how a Mac works, and is required if you’re taking the route to repair your disk, reinstalling OS X, or just recovering from a Time Machine backup. In short, when things go south, you’ll be turning your stern towards the OS X Recovery to make things right again. And there’s nothing worse than a non-functioning OS X Recovery when you need it the most, so update away right now.
The Recovery Update is available to download directly from the Mac App Store, and is available like any other system or app update. Launch the Mac App Store, click on the Updates tab, and here you’ll see the new update waiting for your download approval. We recommend restarting your Mac immediately for the changes to take effect.
The final version of OS X 10.11 El Capitan is due for release this fall, and is likely to be accompanied by new Mac hardware as well. If we’re lucky enough, we’ll probably be greeted with a 4K 21.5-inch iMac, complementing the existing 5K 27-inch iMac desktop.

OS X El Capitan will be a free update to everyone as long as they have compatible hardware. And yes, it’s absolutely free, unlike Windows 10, which is free for the first year only.

Currently, seven betas of OS X 10.11 El Capitan have been released so far to developers, and those enrolled in Apple’s Beta Software Program have been presented with five. If you haven’t tried El Capitan on your Mac just yet, and aren’t a developer, then no big deal, you can take Apple’s next-gen OS for a spin right now through Apple’s aforementioned Beta Software Program. Simply follow our guide posted here to get up and running in no time: Install OS X 10.11 El Capitan Public Beta – How To.
If you’re running an older build of OS X El Capitan on your Mac, then we highly recommend that you update it right away to the latest release, and also install the latest Recovery Update to make things as stable as possible. After all, new pre-release builds tend to bring with them a ton of fixes and performance enhancements, and if you have the OS installed on your primary Mac, then you need the latest updates more than anyone else.

VMware Fusion 8, Fusion 8 Pro With OS X El Capitan, Windows 10, Always-On Cortana Released

Fusion 8 and Fusion 8 Pro from VMware are now available to download, and comes with full support for Windows 10, OS X 10.11 El Capitan, and of course, always-on Cortana, just like Parallels Desktop 11.

Just like Parallels, Fusion allows users to run Windows on their Mac without having to reboot their machine, so they can get the best of both worlds as seamlessly as possible. But today’s update from VMware, in the form of Fusion 8 and Fusion 8 Pro, brings with it a ton of cool features to the fore, making the overall virtualization experience a far better one than before.
The new release of Fusion 8 and Fusion 8 Pro supports DirectX 10 right off the bat, assuring that users get the best there is in terms of graphics performance. Also, VMware took the liberty to add support for all the latest Macs, including those which support the Force Touch trackpad, and furthermore, Fusion 8 and Fusion 8 Pro fully support the new 5K iMac, hence you have all those beautiful pixels at your disposal if you’re planning to virtualize Windows 10 on your shiny new computer.
If you’re in the ownership of the new 12-inch MacBook, then you’ll be pleased to know that the new Fusion 8 and Fusion 8 Pro software fully support the USB Type-C port, so get ready to make more use of that external drive you bought especially for Apple’s new 12-inch Retina notebook.

Like we mentioned at the start of this post, Fusion 8 and Fusion 8 Pro both support Windows 10 and OS X 10.11 El Capitan right off the bat, hence users don’t have to worry about any sort of compatibility issues whatsoever. Lastly, just like Parallels Desktop 11, users of Fusion 8 and Fusion 8 Pro also get the option of an always-on Cortana.
If you’re planning to dive into the world of virtualization, then you can pick up Fusion 8 for a price of $79.99, while Fusion 8 Pro will set you back $199.99. Fusion 8 Pro might be a little too steep on the price, but in return you’ll get a ton of great features to further enhance your virtual environment experience. If you’re an existing Fusion customer, then you can upgrade for just $49.99 to Fusion 8, while the Pro upgrade will cost you $119.99.
To further entice customers, VMware is tossing in a great offer for Parallels users, where they are entitled for a straight up 40% off on the Fusion 8 or Fusion 8 Pro price tag.
Fusion 8 and Fusion 8 Pro can be downloaded directly from the VMware Store online.
If that isn’t a good deal, then we don’t know what is.

OS X 10.11 El Capitan Beta 8, Public Beta 6 Released

Apple has released OS X 10.11 El Capitan beta 8 for registered developers, and Public Beta 6 for those enrolled in the company’s Beta Software Program. Both are available to download immediately, and are highly recommended for anyone running any prior release of OS X El Capitan.

Apple has been rolling out El Capitan beta releases on a steady basis. With beta 8 out now for developers, and Public Beta 6 available to those enrolled in the company’s Beta Software Program, it’s highly likely that these will be the last two pre-release builds of Cupertino’s desktop operating system.
If you’re already running one of the two beta builds on your Mac, then grabbing the latest update is a piece of cake. Simply launch the Mac App Store, click on the ‘Updates’ tab up top, and wait for the update to show up. Click on the ‘Update’ button to the right to initiate the download process. Once done, you’ll be required to restart your Mac to finish everything off.
Like previous pre-release builds, this one brings with it nothing new, and is solely meant to fix lingering bugs and enhance performance across the board. So if you’ve been tapping your feet on the ground hoping to find something new, then you be a little disappointed.

With Apple set to reveal new iPhones at its September 9th event, it’s highly likely the Cupertino giant will take to the stage to announce OS X 10.11 El Capitan’s final release date as well, something which we surely want to know.

And since this is likely the last beta of El Capitan, we highly advise our readers to wait for the final build to arrive and go directly for that. But if you can’t hold back and want to see what Apple’s new desktop operating system has in store for everyone, then you can give the Public Beta build a shot. After all, it’s absolutely free, and you don’t need to be an Apple developer to try it out. For more details, be sure to check out: Install OS X 10.11 El Capitan Public Beta – How To.
With iOS 9 and OS X El Capitan seeing wide adoption even before its big consumer debut, thanks to the Public Beta releases, it would be interesting to see what Apple was able to achieve through its Beta Software Program, and how much polish the company was able to add on top of its very own efforts.
Guess we’ll have to wait till next month to find out!

OS X 10.11 El Capitan Final Releasing On September 30th

OS X 10.11 El Capitan release date falls on the 30th of September, according to a slide shown off at Apple’s iPhone 6s event today.

According to Apple, OS X 10.11 El Capitan will be available for consumers on the 30th of September. If you’ve been waiting anxiously for Apple’s latest desktop OS to arrive on your Mac, then we advise you to save that aforementioned date to your calendar right away.
With OS X 10.11 El Capitan, Apple is building on top of the strong foundations of OS X Yosemite, which was released last year, and is focussing mainly on the power user niche in the market. El Capitan visual looks similar to Yosemite from last year, but it’s the bells and whistles under the hood that make up for a big update for every Mac user out there. For instance, Apple is now (finally) bringing window snapping to its desktop OS, just like its counterpart on the other side of the fence, Windows. Apart from that, Apple is bringing a load of performance tweaks to the roster.

Just like Yosemite and Mavericks before it, El Capitan will be an absolutely free download for the Mac. And downloading the new OS for your Mac will be a simple case of launching the Mac App Store and grabbing the update from there. In typical fashion, we will bring to our readers complete guides on how to update to El Capitan, or even do a clean install from scratch, if that’s the route you’re willing to take. A clean installation is the best way to go, however. But we’ll leave that call for you to ponder upon.
OS X 10.11 El Capitan has been in beta stages since its initial announcement at WWDC 2015 in June, and in that time period, Apple has made a number of changes in its pre-release builds, making the overall OS as smooth and bug free as possible.
OS X 10.11 El Capitan is supported on a wide range of Macs, and everyone can reap the benefits of it if they so desire. And since it’s a more advanced OS than before, which also brings in a bunch of new feature to the fore, we highly recommend every user to make the jump to pump in more life to their Mac.
Are you excited about OS X El Capitan? Do let us know in the comments section below. Also be sure to enlighten us about which feature are you most excited about the most.

OS X 10.11 El Capitan Golden Master Build Now Available To Download

Apple has released the OS X 10.11 El Capitan GM build to those who are enrolled in Apple’s Developer Program.

    Apple’s Next-Gen Desktop OS Is Now A Non-Beta Affair

Apple took to the stage at Graham Bell Civic Auditorium and has announced immediate availability of its next-gen OS’s GM build for the Mac, OS X 10.11 El Capitan. Hopefully, this time around, Apple will only seed just one Golden Master build to developers before making the OS available to the end users. Last time, Apple took the liberty to announce several GM builds before reaching a milestone final release. Hopefully, that won’t be the case this time around. We have our fingers crossed for it drastically.
OS X 10.11 El Capitan is a powerful OS that compliments iOS 9 for iPhone, iPad and iPod touch really well. Packed to the rafters with great power user features, Apple has made sure that its desktop experience is as top notch as possible this time around.

Having seeded several betas already, with a Public Beta program also in action to gather as much feedback from non-developers, Apple is poised to make this release as bug free and smooth as possible. The Cupertino isn’t resting easy on its laurels this time around, and the under the hood improvements the company has implemented are unlike the ones which made the cut with the release of OS X Yosemite last year.

Of course, Apple will keep on updating El Capitan with fixes during its course of one year, but one thing is set, keeping in light its Beta Software Program, Cupertino wants this release to be its best one yet for the end user and developers alike.

For developers, Apple has opened up the doors to a bunch of cool new features. For instance, Apple is finally bringing its Metal engine, the one found in iOS, to the Mac, allowing developers to make even more powerful apps that have direct access to the underlying hardware of a Mac. This means that apps will launch quicker, they will perform better, and furthermore, developers now have a chance to explore unchartered territories when it comes to designing great and functional apps.
If you’re a developer enrolled in the Apple Developer Program, then you can grab the GM build directly from Cupertino’s dev portal. The download is a few gigabytes in size, so be sure you have a steady Internet connection before you make the leap. If you have El Capitan beta installed already then you can grab the update from the ‘Updates’ tab in the Mac App Store.
Are you upgrading to OS X 10.11 El Capitan GM or will you wait for the final consumer release? Be sure to let us know in the comments section below.

The First Point Update For OS X 10.11 El Capitan Is Finally Here

OS X 10.11.1 El Capitan has been in beta ahead of time and comes packed with a lot of bug fixes and of course, performance enhancements. Having seen up to 4 beta releases in the past few weeks, Apple saw it fit to release the final build to the end users today.
The complete changelog of the update is as follows:
    – Improves installer reliability when upgrading to OS X El Capitan
    – Improves compatibility with Microsoft Office 2016
    – Fixes an issue where outgoing server information may be missing from Mail
    – Resolves an issue that prevented display of messages and mailboxes in Mail
    – Resolves an issue that prevents certain Audio Unit plug-ins from functioning properly
    – Improves VoiceOver reliability
    – Adds over 150 new emoji characters with full Unicode 7.0 and 8.0 support

As you can see from the above mentioned changelog, OS X 10.11.1 El Capitan is a hefty update, and we urge everyone to install it right away to reap the benefits of it.

To get up and running with the new update, simply launch the Mac App Store making sure that you’re connected to a stable Internet connection over WiFi or Ethernet. Now click on the ‘Updates’ tab at the top. Give the Mac App Store a few seconds to refresh and the update will pop right up, all ready to be downloaded and installed on your Mac. Click on the ‘Update’ button on the right, next to the update entry, and the update will start downloading onto your Mac.

The download can take quite a while depending on the Internet connection you have. We highly recommend that users do not download anything else when the update is in progress to make sure that everything goes as smoothly as possible. Once the download is complete, the installation process will require you to restart your Mac, hence make sure that you save all your work ahead of time.
Apart from the above mentioned changes, there are changes that live under the hood as well which add up to bring a powerful user experience to the fore, and we highly recommend that users go ahead and install the latest update onto their Macs to make sure that things run smoothly as possible.

OS X 10.11.2 El Capitan Public Beta Now Available To Download

OS X 10.11.2 El Capitan Public Beta 1 is now available to download and install on your Mac. We’ll show you how you can do just that in a complete step by step guide.

Apple released the first beta of OS X 10.11.2 El Capitan to registered developers a couple of days ago, but today the company has made the move to bring the pre-release software to public testers as well. The installation process is fairly simple and you can get around it in a matter of minutes, provided you have the utmost patience to do so.
Download And Install OS X 10.11.2 El Capitan Public Beta On Your Mac

Before you begin, make sure you backup everything on your Mac in case something goes wrong during the installation process. We recommend either taking a Time Machine backup or copy all of your important data onto an external hard drive. With that out of the way, let’s dive right into the process of installing OS X 10.11.2 El Capitan Public Beta onto your Mac.
    1. Head over to beta.apple.com and sign up, or sign in, as a public beta tester.
    2. Once done and signed in, click on the ‘Enroll Your Devices’ button at the top of the Apple Beta Software Program website.
    3. Scroll down a little and you should see a blue ‘Download the OS X El Capitan Public Beta Access Utility’ button. Click on it and install the software onto your Mac. It barely takes a couple of minutes.

    4. Launch the Mac App Store and click on the ‘Updates’ tab at the top. The OS X 10.11.2 El Capitan Public Beta will pop right up waiting to be downloaded and installed.

If for some reason you don’t want to receive any Public Beta updates via the Mac App Store, then be sure to check out our following guide: How To Stop Receiving OS X Beta Updates Via Mac App Store.
We highly recommend that you install OS X 10.11.2 beta on a test device rather than your primary Mac, as pre-release software tends to be choppy in corners where you least expect it to be. But if you’re feeling the adrenaline rush, then go ahead with the installation process.
OS X 10.11.2 El Capitan is a pure bug fix release and aims to patch a bunch of issues that has been plaguing users since the final build of Cupertino’s desktop OS dropped a while back, so don’t expect any new feature additions in this build.
Did you install OS X 10.11.2 El Capitan beta on your Mac? Then don’t forget to let us know about it.

OS X 10.11.2 El Capitan Public Beta 3 For Testers Has Been Released

Apart from releasing the developer oriented beta of OS X 10.11.2 El Capitan earlier this week, Apple pushed out the third public beta build of its pre-release desktop software as well, and we’ll show you how to download it right away on your Mac.

Apple is releasing beta software for developers and testers at an alarmingly high pace. For instance, Apple released the third beta of iOS 9.2 to developers and testers both early on this week, and raised the bar a little higher when the company also released OS X 10.11.2 El Capitan beta 3 and tvOS 9.1 beta 2 soon after. With OS X 10.11.2 public beta testers left out in the cold, Apple today saw it fit to release the updated piece of software to those enrolled in the Beta Software Program.
Downloading the new public beta build is, as usual, as easy as it ever can be. Start off with connecting your Mac to the Internet using WiFi or Ethernet, then launch the Mac App Store. At the top you will see a bunch of options, click on the one that says ‘Updates’ on the far right. The Mac App Store will now refresh and will present to you all the available downloads for your Mac, with the third beta of OS X 10.11.2 El Capitan being one of them. Simply download and install and you’re good to go.
It’s also worth pointing out here that the installation process requires you to restart your Mac, so make sure that you save all your work related stuff before clicking on that ‘Update’ button. You don’t want to end up accidentally losing all your data just because of one beta update.

If you haven’t installed OS X 10.11.2 beta already then getting to grips with it is a walk in the park, as the public beta of the software is absolutely free for users around the globe to try out. Simply head over to this link for a complete step by step guide on how to get started with it.
If you’ve just installed the public release of OS X El Capitan and do not want to receive any sort of pre-release updates from the Mac App Store, then do not forget to check out our following post: How To Stop Receiving OS X Beta Updates Via Mac App Store.
Public beta testers ar requested to update to the latest build of OS X 10.11.2 beta immediately and that too without any further hesitation.

Apple Releases OS X 10.11.2 El Capitan Beta 4 For Developers And Public Testers

Keeping true to its weekly beta software release cycle, Apple has released OS X 10.11.2 El Capitan beta 4 to developers and public beta testers both.

Apple is hard at work in the background making sure that the software which powers its range of devices stays top-notch at all times. In fact, it was just last week when Apple pushed out the third developer oriented and public beta builds of OS X 10.11.2 El Capitan. And right on cue, Apple saw it fit to release the fourth pre-release build for both registered developers and public beta testers this week, or more precisely, today.
Downloading the latest build onto your Mac is insanely easy. In other words, it’s as easy as downloading a software update for an app you might have installed on your computer. But for your convenience here are the steps you should follow to download the latest pre-release OS X 10.11.2 build onto your Mac, provided you have a prior version already installed.

    • Launch the Mac App Store.
    • Click on the ‘Updates’ tab.
    • Wait for the Mac App Store to refresh and then click on the ‘Update’ button located next to the OS X 10.11.2 pre-release entry.

The download process may take a while to reach the 100% mark, depending on the type of Mac you have as well as the speed of your Internet connection. But don’t panic, if you’ve done everything correctly then the update should go through like a walk in the park.

In order to grab the developer oriented beta, you must be a registered developer with Apple, setting you back $99 annually. But, if you so wish, you can download the public beta build of the software as well, which is absolutely free, and is the same as the developer aimed beta software. For complete details on how to enroll yourself in the Apple Beta Software Program and download OS X 10.11.2 El Capitan onto your Mac, simply follow our guide posted here.
Please make sure that you install beta software on devices that are not your daily drivers, as anything can go wrong during the installation process or while using the software itself. Furthermore, we highly recommend that you back up all of your data before you go ahead installing pre-release software onto your device. You never know when you might hit a roadblock while using beta software.
Developers and public beta testers are requested to update to the latest beta build of OS X 10.11.2 El Capitan immediately to reap the benefits of it.

OS X 10.11.2 El Capitan Beta 5 Now Available (Update: Public Beta Too)

After a pause of over a week, Apple has just seeded OS X 10.11.2 El Capitan beta 5 and is now immediately available to download from the Mac App Store.

Apple has been rolling out beta software on a regular basis since the past few weeks with the exception of the last one, hinting towards the fact that we might finally see a big release on the consumer end. But luckily, Apple has chosen to take the pre-release route once again as the company saw it fit to release OS X 10.11.2 El Capitan beta 5 to registered developers.
If you have one of the previous betas of OS X 10.11.2 El Capitan installed on your Mac then we highly recommend that you update to the latest build without giving it a second thought. Simply connect your Mac to a stable WiFi connection, launch the Mac App Store and grab the update by clicking on the Updates tab. Depending on the age of your Mac and the speed of your Internet connection, the installation process can take between a few minutes going up to an hour. Exercise patience during this time, that’s all we can say.

If, for some reason, you’ve decided against installing this update and do not want to receive future updates for OS X El Capitan, then be sure to check out our following guide: How To Stop Receiving OS X Beta Updates Via Mac App Store.
Given that we’re sitting on the fifth beta of OS X 10.11.2 El Capitan, we have high hopes that the final release isn’t too far off. And given that OS X 10.11.2 is no more than a mere bug fix and performance enhancing release, it’s great to see that Apple is giving it a good amount of time keeping it behind locked doors so that the final product is as refined as possible.
Apart from OS X 10.11.2 El Capitan, iOS 9.2 is also currently serving time as a beta release, and we’re certain that it too would see a new pre-release build this week, given that Apple is planning to release the final version either next week or some other time after that.
We urge developers to update their Macs to the latest OS X 10.11.2 El Capitan beta 5 release so they can reap the benefits of this release as it brings with it a bunch of bug fixes and performance improvements, something which we’re certain you badly need at this point.
Update: The new build of OS X 10.11.2 El Capitan is available for Public Beta testers as well.
