Samsung Galaxy Tab S3 Specs Leak Ahead of MWC 2016: Snapdragon 652 CPU, 3GB RAM

Samsung popular Galaxy Tab family is about to get bigger in the not so distant future. After launching the Galaxy Tab S2 to some success, Samsung is not readying its predecessor, which is likely to be unveiled later this month at MWC 2016.
The Galaxy Tab S3 recently appeared at GFXBench with model number SM-T819. The previous tablet in the series, Galaxy Tab S2 is known as SM-T810, which makes us believe this is indeed the Galaxy Tab S3.
The main difference between the Galaxy S2 Tab and the upcoming model is the chipset inside. While the former is powered by an octa-core Exynos 5433 processor, Samsung Galaxy Tab S3 might come equipped with a 1.8GHz octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 652 processor.
Not many changes regarding specs The rest of the specs seem unchanged, at least on paper. The Galaxy Tab S3 will pack 3GB of RAM and 32GB of internal memory, but there's a high chance that a 64GB model will be launched as well.
There's no mention of microSD card slot, but the previous model does come with one, so we don't see a reason for the Galaxy Tab S3 to lack this feature.
The listing at GFXBench also confirms Samsung Galaxy Tab S3 comes with an 8-megapixel camera on the back, which features autofocus, face detection, LED flash, HDR focus and full HD (1080p) video recording.
There's also a modest 2-megapixel camera in the front, which, surprisingly, can capture full HD (1080p) video as well.
Samsung Galaxy Tab S3 sports a 9.7-inch capacitive touchscreen display that supports 2048 x 1536 pixels resolution. Another advantage over the previous model would be the fact that it comes with Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow operating system right out of the box.
There's no mention of the battery, but we do know it will come with Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, gyroscope, light sensor, GPS, and barometer.
